Need to return an order? No problem. We’ve got you covered!
Simply email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we can help you return your items. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process returns after 30 days.
After we receive your return, our team will begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
If you need to cancel an order please contact us ASAP to let us know.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they've shipped. If an order has been sent out, it will need to be processed like a Return.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
All sales are final on discounted items. No refunds will be accepted.
We do not currently accept exchanges and any changes to your order after shipping must be processed as a return. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’d like to swap an item and upon return of your original purchase, we’ll send out your new order.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us and we will arrange a replacement upon receipt and confirmation of faulty item.

International Shipments & Customs Costs
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
